Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to watches purchased from Class1 Watches Pty Ltd.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects in the watch movement and mechanism during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Class1 Watches will repair, at no cost to you, any products or parts that are found to be defective due to improper material or workmanship during normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty is transferable.

What is the duration of the coverage?

The Warranty Period for watches purchased from Class1 Watches is 1 year from the date of purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty

If the watch still has an active manufacturer warranty, that coverage takes priority and supersedes our warranty. Our warranty applies only to issues not covered by the manufacturer.

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover issues arising from:

- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from manufacturer defects or defects in material or workmanship.
- Negligence, improper maintenance, or modifications.
- Damage or destruction caused by natural events, including but not limited to lightning, floods, or other disasters.
- Theft or loss of the watch.

Specifications:

- Servicing or routine maintenance
- Regulation, lubrication, gasket replacement
- Water damage
- Misuse, drops, knocks, shock, rough handling
- Magnetisation
- Crown or tube damage from improper use
- Wear to straps, buckles, bezels, crystals
- Aftermarket parts or previous non-factory work
- Age-related behaviour on older watches
- Accuracy complaints within normal tolerance
- Any issue caused after third-party intervention

What voids the warranty?

Your warranty becomes void if:

- The watch is opened or worked on by anyone other than our watchmaker
- Water damage is present
- Aftermarket parts are fitted
- Serial or movement numbers are altered or removed

What do you need to do?

To receive warranty service, you must first contact us with proof of purchase, and details of the issue. We will then review your claim and give further instructions on sending your watch to us.

Please send the watch in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documents that came with the product, to the address we provide.
