Refund Policy

At Class1 Watches, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece we sell. We urge customers to be certain of their decision before purchasing. Please review our refund policy carefully.

We offer returns for:

Unopened Items: For new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery (excluding shipping and handling charges), we offer a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or not as advertised: if your item is not in the condition as originally advertised or has been damaged during transit, we assure you that you can return it to us at no cost and you will receive a full refund.

(PLEASE NOTE: For international orders, every sale is final and cannot be returned)

Conditions for a Return

We offer a conditional 3-day return window on items that meet the following strict requirements:

-The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unsized condition.

-All original factory plastics, tags, and protective coverings must be intact and untouched.

-The item must be returned with all original contents, including the box, warranty card, booklets, and any other accessories.

There are absolutely no exceptions to these conditions. If an item is returned with any signs of wear, sizing, or with its protective materials removed, the return will be refused.

Return Process

-To initiate a return, you must contact us at braedyn.g@class1watches.com within 3 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization (RA).

-The item must be shipped back to us promptly after the RA is issued.

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Restocking Fee & Refund

-All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

-Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

-Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (less the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

-Any watch that has been worn, sized, or has had its protective plastics removed is not eligible for a refund.

-Deposits for special orders or lay-by arrangements are non-refundable.

Please Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong decision.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. By purchasing from Class1 Watches, you agree to this policy.
