Class1 Watches: Return & Refund Policy

At Class1 Watches, your confidence and satisfaction are the cornerstones of our business. We are committed to ensuring that every timepiece you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and straightforward.

1. General Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it: unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage. It must also be in its original packaging, complete with all accompanying documents, tags, and accessories. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

2. Types of Returns

We handle two primary types of returns:
A. Returns for Unopened & Unworn Items
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., change of mind), you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.
A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and re-verification costs. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including secure packaging and full insurance for the value of the timepiece.
B. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure every watch is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as advertised, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost. We will cover all costs associated with the return, including insured shipping. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and the issue has been verified by our team.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to with the subject line "Return Request: [Your Order Number]". In the email, please provide your full name and order number, a clear reason for the return, and for damaged or incorrect items, please attach high-quality photos or a video clearly showing the issue.
Await Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship the Item: Once you receive your RA number, you must ship the item back to us within 72 hours. Please ensure the package is securely wrapped and insured for its full value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receiving the returned item, our specialists will conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition. Once the inspection is complete and the return is validated, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


Please Note: Class1 Watches reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, resized, or altered in any way after delivery.
