How do I purchase a watch? +

To purchase a watch, simply add the item(s) you are interested in to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page containing detailed payment instructions. Please complete payment using your unique order number as the payment reference to ensure your order is processed promptly.

Are all of your watches authentic? +

Yes, every watch we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Every watch is checked over by experts and is thoroughly inspected to verify its authenticity and ensure it meets our high standards of quality and performance. We stand behind every watch we sell, so you can purchase with complete confidence.

What is your return/refund policy? +

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day inspection period from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, provided the watch is in the exact same condition as it was sold and remains unworn. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at braedyn.g@class1watches.com within 72 hours of receiving your watch.

How does shipping work? Is it insured? +

We offer free, fully insured, next-day shipping on all domestic orders via premium couriers. Depending on the state, it can take 1-3 days. Every shipment requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your new timepiece arrives securely. For international orders, we also provide express shipping for a flat fee of $250. Insurance is additional for international shipments, please contact us for a quote or if you have placed an order we will contact you with further details to attain a quote. Costs will be calculated after placement of an order. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Do you provide a warranty? +

No, as we are a second-hand dealer, we do not offer a warranty on our pieces. However, we do guarantee that every watch is in perfect working order at the time of sale. If a watch is still under its original manufacturer's warranty, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
